44-townhome rental community, Maple Ridge. Matched to a nonprofit acquirer who saw value others overlooked.
Closed at $18.5M after twelve weeks.

25-unit rental building, Kamloops. Closed with a mission-aligned buyer after the lender walked mid-deal.
Final price held at $4.5M.

Lakeview Motel, Osoyoos. Represented the buyer through a full market and tourism analysis across the South Okanagan.
Closed at $1.515M.

3310 Fraser Street, Vancouver. Assembled and sold as sole broker before the Broadway Plan existed.
