Seth Baker has led an impressive career in real estate brokerage. He is personally responsible for more than $87,000,000 in real estate sales, a number that’s growing daily.  He has contributed to a number of industry organizations including LandlordBC, Vancouver Board of Trade, BC Non-Profit Housing Association, Greater Vancouver Home Builders Association and Urban Development Institute.

He received his Managing Broker’s Licence through UBC’s Sauder School of Business. He is licensed at the highest level with Real Estate Council of British Columbia. Seth is a member of the Greater Vancouver Real Estate Board, the largest real estate board in the province.

Prior to founding Multifamily Real Estate Services, Seth gained experience in commercial real estate brokerage at Marcus & Millichap National Multi-Housing Group, Klein Group Commercial and Royal LePage. At Royal Lepage, he was recipient of awards for Top 3% in BC and Top 1% in Canada.

As Director and Chair of the Development Committee for Red Door Housing Society (“Red Door”), Seth helps oversea a rental housing portfolio worth more than $120 million. He is an active leader in Red Door multifamily development projects, including 51 rental units currently under construction in East Vancouver.

Seth also serves on the Board of Directors at First United Community Housing Society, an organization providing food and shelter to people in need in Vancouver’s Downtown Eastside.

First United Vancouver

Seth Baker was a member of the Board of Directors (shown on the left) of First United Community Ministry Society (First United). It is a shelter in Vancouver’s Downtown Eastside neighbourhood at the corner of Gore and E Hastings St. First United is helping the most vulnerable in society create a neighbourhood where everyone’s worth is celebrated and all people are thriving.

Seth served as a volunteer on the Board of Directors providing real estate expertise, governance and leadership.

Red Door Housing Society

Red Door Housing Society (Red Door) manages rental units for 12 housing complexes across the Vancouver and the lower mainland.  Red Door’s portfolio has a combined asset value of more than $120,000,000. Red Door is currently developing several new sustainable purpose-built rental housing projects.
